Spice up your lunch break!
I know... It's tempting to eat during a lunch break... And I will advise you to do so!
But first, let's use this time to workout and bring our energy to the level up. You'll then feel energised and after a healthy and nutritious lunch, you can rock your work!
Boxing, Kickboxing classes or Boxfit type of training. If you have a studio at the office, it's more than enough for me to organise sessions for you and your workmates! It will strengthen your work relationships and get you ready to focus work later in the day.
